At Orleans Shoe Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. If your shoes are not a perfect fit, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
